glad to say i had a splendid time today with ruoling xinxin and jingwen. hee. *happy delighted grin* thank you dearies. hee. yeaps. and to the plenty of people who msged me happy birthday. too many to name, especially my students. special mention goes out to shannon who called just to wish me happy birthday, thank you. =) and to vivian, who msged me at 8 seconds after midnight, waking me up at the same time for a while, making her the earliest person to msg me happy birthday.

eh. i think that's about it. hope i think i dint leave anybody out. memory failing me la. yeah i know i did sth like that last year. check out my june archive. grin.
did so much today. exploring and walking. and exercising. finally. grin.

of course, went sungei buloh early in the morning with ruoling, jingwen and xinxin. walked a full 15 min from kranji damn carpark and along the way we saw a smashed up snake. quite gross. yeaps. hee. and we walked the whole place inside out, taking one particular shortcut when we sooo desperately wanted to get out of the hot place cos we were hungry and tired. and when we finally sat down to try and dial for a cab, the person on the other side had no idea where or what was sungei buloh. sheesh. wasted my talktime on her and she kept having the notion that sungei buloh was a condo or house of sorts. sheeesh. hahaha..
then off to woodlands causeway point to have dinner at siam kitchen where we basically sat there and slacked and chitchatted for a very long while.

yeaps. went to the woodlands library where i finally found the F distribution!! hahaha. tis just a very small part la so i dont think it would affect that much. still im not taking any chances. yeaps. ruoling was happily looking at all the electrical stuff which im glad that i dint take cos i think i'll die under the physics part, jingwen was looking for her baby blues and xinxin feel asleep. nice air con, comfy floor, who wouldnt? grin. yeaps. and we got our butt out of the library after 1 hour i think. yeah. and on the train down to sommerset, jingwen spotted an indian book. refer to pic below. grin. erm. yeah. you get the idea la. typicla racism. sheesh. oops.
then we finally reached the gym. sheesh. first time in this year i finally exercised. fine, i know im a lazy bum. but that is what happens to me when i bum around for six months woah. anyway. had a very fun time on the stimulator and as usual, ruoling had to shoo me off. but i havent found the shipwreck yet. whine. haha. went to steam for a while and i must admit it was an interesting experience. yeaps. cos it was just plain interesting. haha. i know i sound like a country bumpkin but anyway. grin.
met sijia for dinner after that and we were terribly late. oops. but we had fun at snoopy place and the food was simply delicious. plus the price was reasonable. grin. very nice. and the comics were sooo wonderful. haha. oops.

was talking to tim on the phone yesterday cos when he msged me, i hinted to him about my birthday (how ego can i get? grin.) and he completely forgot. more like, he said he had no idea when it was. sigh. i do admit, its quite sad when students happen to remember the birthday better than friends do. and i was a tad disappointed that some people forgot. a small msg can light up the day so yeah. oh wells. the day is over and long forgotten so what the hell. sigh. im 19 now. acks. i feel old. like what tim msged me after the phone call (and trying to make him not guilty about forgetting my birthday), im officially the same age as him now, but lets wait for 2 more months before he turns one year older than me. grin. twas nice talking to him yesterday, when he was blabbering non stop about feeling guilty and me just listening. haha. oops. and i kindly reminded him about the next few birthdays in my class/his junior class so there you go. grin.

went for medical checkup today at jurong east. one of the pre requirements for SMU entry before matriculation day. and surprisingly it was very fast. as in, the entire thing. yeah. very fast. even the x-ray. on second thoughts, maybe because there wasnt many people at both clinics so yeah.
met joyce tan and yuyuan after that to go jurong east library and boy, i love that place. the books are brand new and i found 3 crichton books there! all brand new! so happy with myself. and i finished studying the F-distribution today.. but i need practise on that. so yeah. and ms ng told me the law of large numbers is just another name for central limit theorem so i was like okay. yeaps. but twas nice sitting there quietly reading and chatting with joyce tan who was busy studying for her basic theory test and yuyuan who was reading up on medical books. the diagrams look scary. but then again, they have higher academic calibre and brain power to process the information, unlike me. (read: the politically correct way to say 'they are thousand and one times smarter than me') yeaps. biology is interesting la. but still. oh wells. maybe im just plain stupid to screw up my Alevels so. yeah.
ooh and i love joyce tan, for giving me a $20 kino voucher plus a 20% discount coupon so that i can go buy my 'da vinci code' by dan brown. wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. flying kiss to joyce. grin. thankew dar-ling. grin.
somehow i just know, that they will be my friends for life. i know. i hope. my secondary school friends. so at ease with each other, things to talk about. yeah. after seeing them today, especially joyce, i do realise i miss them alot. i see yuyuan when we do comn serve, but i rarely see joyce tan. grin. now i know i'll see her next friday for shopping. grin. non stop shopping. wheee. cant wait. lalala.
