at least i have some idea of what i wanna blog today mah. yesterday was just a kok rehash of what happened the night before, to pen things down before i forget them :)

was watching the charity show just now actually. in fact it is still going on now. but somehow, the dangerous acts of the local artistes aint half as attractive and mesmerising as the one last week, with the overseas singers with zhen ni and emil chou. boy zhen ni was soo captivating and me and my sister found ourselves singing to emil chou's songs. and ya, i was watching it right before the day of AS. hahaha.
so im back in my room.


ehh. popped out to watch ENERGY on the charity show. :D their dance moves are still as good as ever, but it felt weird watching 3 people dance. cuz ahdi was injured i think. and it used to be a 5 man show when toro was around. that was the time.. to think i was crazy over them when i was in j2.. over their fast songs and nice dance moves :D
and now ruoling is off to pompom in the pool cuz she insists weather over in the east is HOT. but im feeling nice here. as in, the weather has been rather pretty today here in the west :) yeaps. considering i had tuition from 10-6 and dint feel like falling asleep in the afternoon, i'd say the weather was pretty good. been revising work with my students and i have 2 students who cant stop giggling when we do sexual reproductive systems. i.e. rach and kangrui. two different reactions though. rach giggles out of embarrassment. kangrui giggles out of knowledge! ARGH. and kangrui asked me if the semen from the male productive system was transparent. HOW THE HELL WOULD I KNOW?!? [but i think it is. is it?] i told her to ask her classmate. and she "eeee" at me. and when we moved on to permanent birth controls, i asked her to make a guess where the snip would be. she adamantly stated "of course the penis la! long long de, very easy to cut. like tai jian liddat." walau i penged on the spot lor. like seriously. AHHH. and she said she has seen a condom before cuz her uncle showed her before. BIAN TAI! [for the record, i have seen one before, but that was cuz we had to get it for amazing race last year. fishball bought it for us and me and ruoling were just examining it. or was it me and fishball examining it. and we threw it to kh and kw cuz we thought they'd need it more than we do! HAHAHAHA.] but seriously. i dint dare to ask why on earth would her uncle be showing sth like that to her. blearrh.
i love my tuition kids.
rach cuz she reminds me of hillgrove. and she's soo different when she's in class and when she's at home. ALOT more softspoken. hehe. cuz ms teo one on one tuition mah.
kangrui cuz she's ever so cute! always joking and telling me about her choir and class life.
daphne cuz she's the guai-est of the lot. always doing her work properly. the brightest of them all too.
sijie cuz she's the youngest and the most forthright. always asking about stuff she doesnt understand, or help she needs in her school work.
not forgetting chunhow, he's damn cute! hahaha. or else how to be my teachers' pet last year? haha. can still remember how he smartly chose to hide behind me the minute i stepped into class for EL lesson cuz chihou was chasing him all over the class. i remember justin commenting about chunhow being smart, to use ms teo as dang jian pai. HAHAHA.
i miss the times when i was teaching. till now edmund likes to jokingly ask me to go back and teach geog, cuz he hates his current geog teacher. hehe. but he's the only one who truly understands that i cant cuz im studying now.
but now, considering its the hols, think i might call hillgrove and tell them im free for relief teaching.. see if they have any one or two day thing for me. it would be nice to go back and surprise the students. who are all sec2s and 3s already. goodness i really miss them. hahaha.
chris was still telling me it was chunhow's birthday just one week ago? but i forgot to sms chunhow happy birthday. yea i still have some of their numbers :D

YAY and i finally borrowed books. it was soo nice to not control the urge to borrow books. and thank goodness i could borrow cuz I FOUND MICHAEL PALMER'S NEWEST NOVEL "THE SOCIETY" on the shelves. :D :D :D :D :D should have seen my own reaction. first i gasped. then i sqeaked. then i stared. cuz i was racking through my brain, to check if this title existed in my head before, cuz i've finished reading all his previous books le. and then, after a 5sec scan to confirm i havent, i took the book excitedly and flipped it open to the publishing page. it said at the top. "a bantam book/August 2004" NEW BOOK NEW BOOK! i havent read a new book of his ever since eons ago! cuz i finished reading all of them long time ago. read him, if you're interested in medical thrillers. i recommend you start with "the patient" cuz that was the book that captivated me right from the beginning. :D
yea i know im book crazed. i cant help it.
and he hasnt returned me my book yet. humm. together with one other book. i wonder what book that is.
and im about 5/8 through palmer already. cuz i started immed when i was on my way to teban tuition. then was reading while watching tv just now. and was reading while msning just now. hahaha. cant really tear me away from my books la. :D but one thing though, i couldnt find chick flick books at jurong point library. not many of them. think they specialise more in thrillers. should hit jurong east lib for chick flick books :D ken follette looks good too. sci tech/medical thriller writer. wheee! i love all kinds of thrillers :D and chick flick books! but then again, i read almost everything.


OH. was reading cleo this morning [i NEED to have reading materials wherever i go la. so i bought cleo when i realised i had nothing in my bag.] and there was this article talking about Singaporeans being a sloppy lot. and one interviewed said, "I think it's shocking when people wear slippers and shorts to shopping centres situated in town! It looks so inappropriate." righttt. so it is inappropriate to walk around town for lunch in pe attire? im sure plenty students do that. we look sloppy? we cant help it though. im damn sure i'd be wearing shirt shorts and slippers very often around town next time when town campus is done. i mean, i cant be dressing up 24/7 just to go SCHOOL right? school is a environment for us to study. i do not need to dress up just to fit in with the environment right. i know, we need to respect others and ourselves, hence we should dress up [if you understand what im trying to say here.] but hello, i need comfort in my learning environment and i darn well dont need nice classy clothes to study. HMPH. can i help it if my sch campus is in town?

joycet just told me she's gg penang from 6th to 10th june! and my birthday is right smack in it! WAHHHH. just pelted her on msn with crying emoticons and the whining one. sniffsniff. joycet pao qi wo le. and fishball got her kw. wahhhhhhhhhh. SNIFFF. [this part is to make joycet feel guilty. MUAHAHAHA.]

i love sunflowers! was looking at past pictures, and found the sunflower my ltb mates gave me to cheer me up last year. appreciated the gesture alot guys :D and now that sunflower picture is my msn picture. to remind me of those sweet sweet people. love you guys :D
