woke up at the ghastly hour of 530am. even earlier than the time i usually wake up for school.
today i had a mission. to be amongst the first 50 people at jurong east popular.

alarm woke me up at 530am, in actual fact it started ringing from 5am. i need half hour reaction time. hehe.
then scurried about the house, packed my bag the night before and dashed out of the house by 555am.
reached jurong east popular at 610am. saw one long ranger queueing in front of jurong east popular and decided to go get a pao for my brekkie first. ate the pao by the side of je pop and read my straits times. meanwhile a boy came and went away, prolly like me, to find a place to settle down. then a guy ard my age came along, and took up the position behind the first lone ranger. not wanting to lose out, i took the place after him [how childish can i get. hee.]. alot of adults and working people saw 3 of us milling around the entrance of je pop and came over to have a look at what was happening. and slowly the queue grew. and grew. and grew.

at 7.01am.
doors opened!
lone ranger was the first person to step in. the guy followed her. alas for them, the manager only said that the books were at the counter, lucky for me! so i was the first at the counter. :D and because i preordered, i took a longer time than the lone ranger cuz all she had to do was pay and go. :/ but nvm. i was the second person at popular to get the book.

what book am i referring to?
DUH. harry potter and the half blood prince. :D
twas raining when i left popular so out came my umbrella.
i can get wet, but not my bag or my book. i love the paper bag that came with the book!

kk. time to read.
spare you guys of my ranting of harry potter.
i've waited so long so long for this day to come. :D
