nice cold weather. brr.
was lucky that it only rained when i boarded the bus this morning.

went all the way to sembawang to meet gab and fishball [who was still sleeping when i called cos i dint see her at je mrt] to proceed on to thomson area for nice prata. yummy.
it was my brunch and boy was i hungry for food (:
the prata was really good, and yeah we ordered too much food. but at least this brunch was cheap. hahaha.
we should try the other prata place fishball went before and compare the next time rd.
and gab, good luck with apple! hahahaha.

school starts tmr.
meeting it with a little apprehension, hesistation and excitement.
apprehension because i dont really know what to expect even though i've been through one school term already.
hesistation because i dont know if i'll enjoy this term.
excitement because finally i have an aim in life again, and that is to study. hahaha.
as in, literally an aim to work towards.
hols has been great, especially the last three weeks of hols when i've been out everyday doing something at least. keeping myself occupied and meeting up with friends. which was nice.
the first two weeks were kinda.. *shrugs* i felt the exact same way when i was having that eight month long hols when i was working as a clerk at hillgrove. teaching was the most glorious time in 2004. cos i was doing something productive/. call me a workaholic or sth. i just like doing SOMETHING which is productive. be it organising, studying, working. just DOING SOMETHING instead of spending my time fruitlessly.
well at least i get to see some friends whom i dint see at all during the hols.
people like elaine yixin, my ltb group girls my mummy kaili sandy steph and the list goes on.
not that im super close to them but these are the people whom i can get along well with in school.
and hopefully be able to build stronger bonds with.
afterall, the first friends you make in uni are prolly gonna last you the entire uni life.
i think. and i hope.

to smu friends: i'll see you guys from tmr onwards!
to nus ntu friends: im glad i got to see you guys during the hols. if i dint get to see you [HINT HINT TO XINXIN] i'll make sure i see you sometime this month (:
to ns friends: life doesnt quite change much for you guys but yea, y'all have finished one year of NS, you have less than 1.5 years left. ENJOY (: to jy, congrats on your commissioning (:

guess thats all folks.
its time to get back to studies [hopefully i'll really study this time because i HAVE to.] and cut the playing to a minimum level. yeaps.
