whee today was not too badd.
met ruoling for movie and tim toh came to join us for movie plus idle chit chat! fooled around with camera, monstar and venetian mask ruoling bought as souvenir for meee! thanks! :D
monster-in-law is funny like hell. really. we simply adore a particular member of the acting cast. i shall not divulge the particular artiste in order not to spoil your movie if you intend to watch it. hahaha.
then szeyi came to join us for jazz dance class. she's really nice and fun to be around with! hee.
new friend found today! wheee! :D and she was amused with how ruoling pampers monstar. see ruoling, no one will understand! :D
we were just walking around, shopping and talking about a possible bangkok trip. wahhh after how szeyi described shopping there, im sooooo tempted. simply so tempted. pouts.
if only i can convince mummy..
anyways. dance class was cancelled cuz dino couldnt make it!
gahh. 1st time for me, twice cancellation of classes for the two gals.. was so disappointed we went to marche to binge! yay bingeing partners in crime! oops. hee.
we shall try for it again on thurs. if that class is cancelled again, then i guess its fate. hahaha.

i am falling sick.
woke up with a throbbing headache this morning at 545am.
reluctantly left my bed for driving at gombak at 7am.
headache remained.
when i was driving in the circuit, i was sniffling and clearing my throat.
by the time i got out of car at 830, my body felt achy.
and i havent been exercising these few days.

trust me.
i can sense a flu bug when its gonna hit me.
the symptoms are hitting me.
but.
i aint gonna do anything about it.
i shall just sleep to reccuperate.
but before i do just that..

MEET RUOLING! :D
whee (:
[i aint doing anything about my "impending" flu bug cuz i know if my mum catches any hint of it, i aint leaving the house today. so.. she can find out about it tmr when i officially crash on my bed and refuse to budge. grin.]

see im so guaii.

been getting weird calls today.
apparently, a call from china [?!?!?!] cuz there was a weird no that i missed while i was on the phone with joycez, with the area code +86. who on earth would call me from china?
anyway. this cant beat the 5 digit number flashing on my handphone screen when i was in j1 when jason teo called from las vegas. that was simply a classic. HAHAHAHA.
and two missed calls. wahhh.

anyways. had fun at joyce's place today playing mahjong and pigging out.
by this i really mean pigging out lor.
dint really play attention to mahjong in the later part cuz was watching shutter at the same time. hahaha shutter was so funny. and it was damn funny to watch joyce's, yy's and joyce's mum's reactions to whenever the ghost popped up on the screen.
as for me, im quite a morbid person, so scary movies can never scare me, or make me lose sleep over it. cuz for me, i watch and i forget. i wont scream, the most i would do is to jump in my seat. and shutter failed to do so today. in fact i enjoyed seeing the ghost flitting around the screen. hahaha. quite an art to make it look the way it looked on the screen. and goodness, yy was letting out squeaks, when the ghost seriously simply looked like a decayed skeleton. ehh future doc cannot scared lei. grin. and joyce's mum wasnt quite looking at the screen. i was the only one! hahaha bring on the scary movies man. wheee!
i mean, if i can laugh my way through final destination 1&2, and shutter, whats worse? grin.
ooops.

and im bloated full. all thanks to joyce's mum. grin. thank you auntie! :D
and i await tmr's outing with ruoling! :D
ruoling! me no clothes! or at least.. pants! ah urgh!
does that give me a reason to spend money in GSS again? wahahahs.

blogging in notepad now because my sister has sneakily acquired my modem .
but since im in such a wonderful mood, i shall let her use it.
then let my parents use it while i watch wu jian dao later.
and then come online to put this in blogger, at i suspect, 10 plus 11.

hahahaha.
wondering why im in such a good mood?
cuz i spent wonderful quality time with myself todayyy :)
feeling so relaxed. but i've been feeling relaxed ever since i stopped work la. hehehe.

had driving in the morning, then grabbed a quick lunch at kfc [yea junk food again.].
then i hit the library and did some quality reading!
was reading the thin classics, and a book by a latin american author [whose name i cant remember cuz i finished reading the book and dint borrow it ultimately.]. his book was wonderful. he was narrating how a latin american was killed, and everyone knew he was gonna be killed before the killing itself. the description of each person's reaction was so vivid, i was drawn into the plot and suspense quickly and i finished the book in no time cuz i wanted to find out desperately what happened after that! such a page turner. :)
wow. i feel satisfied.
and i swept all books written by john j. nance.
his books are not bad as well, all narrated based on airplanes: like what could possibly happen on airplanes. plus all the conspiracies etc. not bad not bad :)
ooh and im quite into "the repairman jack" series now, by f paul wilson. wow. those books are simply fantabulous. and guess what, stephen king is the president of the Repairman Jack fan club. count me in the fan club as well! [i bet not alot of people find this fact happening, shrugs.] anyways. Repairman Jack is like the novel version of Batman/Robin Hood/Spiderman, but the key thing about him is that he is unidentifiable. no social security number, doesnt pay tax. basically he is 'not a living person". read to find out more. wahahha.

authors recommendation of the week: john j.nance and f paul wilson :) try 'em!

anyways.
the second reason to why im kinda hyper now.
i got myself a greatt deal at the creative fair!
speaking of which, my baby is already 6 months old, given that i got my baby at the creative fair last november.
was at the library cafe drinking hot choc, reading grisham's "bleachers" and warming my hands with the cup when i spotted someone with a creative box and plastic bag. instantly, creative fair flashed through my mind. but i wasnt tempted. so i simply went home at 4pm after spending 4 hours at the freezing library [note to teo weina: please remember to bring a jacket the next time you intend to chill at the library.]. and then i went online after i reached home to check my mail. curiousity got the better of me and i checked out the creative website as well, just to see what was on offer. bad/good [?] move. since i was a member of creative, i checked out the creative members sales and i found out that creative speakers were going for as low as $29 for members!
hah. guess what i did.

took my tote bag, packed my wallet, baby, handphone and ran out of the house.
my mum thought i was madd and yelled after me. just told her i'll be back in an hours time.
thankfully creative is only at jurong east [oh what heavens blessings :) ], and i reached there in record time, went straight to the speakers section and bought myself cute orange speakers at only $29! :D:D:D
wahh so happy. now i dont have to play songs from my lappie and suffer the poor quality by the T41. instead i can play my mp3s from my baby, and at the same time have the choice of switching to radio as well, something i havent been tuning into because i've been taking a long time to listen to the music in my lappie. now i can really clear the songs in my lappie now and return a humongous space to my lappie :D and enable it to function properly. hee. it has been running kinda slow recently [cant help it if its always outta ram and living with less than 1Gb on both drives aint it? hahaha.]. oops.
think once i clear my music files, i can get approx 9Gb of free space? grin.

wheee!
im like a happy lark now.
still waiting for wu jian dao to come.
listening to the music coming out from my bright orange speakers playing from my darling baby :)
a repairman jack novel lying on my bed.
nice cooling weather [thanks to the heavy downpour in the afternoon, effectively freezing my fingers in the library].
such a nice environment to chill out at home.
what more can i ask for?

only one more. i guess.
your company (:

man im reeallly gonna miss the old campus. with its collonial buildings and all.
oh wells.
time to get ready and get out of the house after spending one long day at home yesterday.
it feels weird not going for tuition over the weekend.
quite relaxing i must admit, but it feels weird. yeaaa. hahaha.

Friday, May 27, 2005

i wanna cry already.
been trying to come up with a radio blog.
only to realise after hours of trying, that i need a proper domain in order to support my radio blog.
bahhh. now i shall just make do with my normal music playing.

wait till i get my hands on a proper domain.
as of now, im tired of the comp i shall go readd.

wheee junhui is going to watch dimsum dollies with moiiii :D prolly going for the 8th aug tix, cuz there's limited seats left on the 5th aug, and i cant quite remember when is asoc camp, but i have this darn feeling its on the 6th and 7th.. ELAINE WHEN IS ASOC CAMP? oops.
muahahaha.
wheee going to watch dimsum dollies!!!
Image hosted by Photobucket.com
yixin has already booked the tix with her boyfriend liaoz lor.. :P
hahahaha.

had a fun time yesterday having meeting and watching theatre production @ esplanade.
i simply love the esplanade man. the ambience, the arts and the culture.. oh man. it's my favourite place in singapore.. after the jurong east library that is..
Image hosted by Photobucket.com

had meeting in the afternoon for asoc, met elaine jialing shawn jossiah and chloe..
apparently chloe reminds me of venus. hahaha. grin.
we had loads of fun talking and dissing each other, and i had a mudpie at nydc! ahh i missed the mudpies at nydc.. elaine and jialing went for proper food, but on consideration that i was meeting shuz for dinner i gave it a miss.. hehehe.
i wonder how tactical warfare will be, but its gonna be damn fun! :D

met shuz after that at city hall. wahh my feet were simply killing me. cuz i thought since we were going to the esplanade to watch theatre performance, its more right for me to appear in heels. and so i wore heels and by the time i got to citylink, i was hobbling around due to the horrible blisters inflicted upon me by the stupid heels. urgh.
and so i ended up buying a nice pair of classy slippers at charles and keith for only $19.90. man, great singapore sale is timely for me to buy nice shoes and save my feet from further agony!
and that's my first purchase for GSS and mark my words, it aint gonna be the last. muahahhaa.

walked around, gave yixin a surprise at where she was working! :D hahaha. she looked so blur and stoned lor.. and then to my surprise i saw zhiyu working at the cookies place right next to yixin's working place! zhiyu was complaining i dao-ed her cuz she said "nana nana" and i dint react.. hee paiseh la i dint hear mah..

then we went over to esplanade for Amber!

"When they first met, Gao Yuan thought he had seduced Xiaoyou. In fact he was the one being seduced. As one who toyed with others' affections and someone with a Don Juan outlook in life, Gao Yuan was unwilling to accept this yet he was truly attracted by this unusual girl. Before and after making love, she would always sprawl on his chest, listening to his heartbeat,
Xiaoyou is a guide ar a museum of natural history. She spends her days with dinosaurs as her companions most of her time. Her tranquil appearance hides an inferno of emotions and a never to be revealed secret. Her story is a strange yet simple one. After her fiance died, she has been keeping a close eye on a man named Gao Yuan. She cannot resist seducing him, for the sake of listening to the beating of the heart of her late fiance.
These two people, united by a single heart, developed their love story in a life of chaotic clamour and absurd cruelty. One is arrogant and unfeeling, entirely bereft of belief; the other is persistent in finding a miracle in a fragile life. They both speak with words that come not from their hearts; they both go against their own nature and torment each other. Nevertheless they fall deeply in love. "

wow. the performance was fantastic. at one point in time, i fell heads over heels in love with the male lead, Liu Ye, who was acting as Gao Yuan. he looked fantastic from where i was sitting and his voice.. *swoons* hahaha. anyways the acting was wonderful. just that the chinese was a tad too cheem and they, being chinese mainland actors, spoke rather fast, such that i often found myself glancing at the sidescreen where both chinese and english translations were being done. the transitions were smooth, but till the end, it felt like a typical romantic production to me when GaoYuan emerged from the brink of death due to XiaoYou's confession of love. It dint manage to end with the big bang that i was expecting.
but nevertheless, i can understand why it was so well received in hongkong and china, cuz the acting was really fabulous. really. the music was fantastic as well. main reason was because the music was crafted by yao chien, the famous songwriter in taiwan! wahhh. saw him in person yesterday. hehehe.
well worth the $50 bucks.
i love being a student when we get such special concessions :)
more shows at the esplanade!
cant wait for dimsum dollies. think i'll laugh until i peng lor.
wahahahs.

Thursday, May 26, 2005

yea yea. i havent been blogging much, of late i suppose.
somehow like what i've mentioned, the allure of the internet is lost on me. plus the fact that my parents are back playing neopets, the modem is usually hogged by them and i rarely have the time to sit down in front of my lappie and blog.
my brain is moving into retardation mode.
not really working my brain much, cuz i've already stopped working, and i've only been watching loads of tv and reading loads of books. plus the occasional going out with friends. so havent been doing much, which explains why i havent been blogging much either.

went out for dinner with anna elaine and kelvin yesterday, and hehe it was fun :) taking wacky pictures while waiting for our table at la mian xiao long bao, listening to anna and kelvin argue if kelvin has lost weight.. exchanging stories of trips and working places, it was real nice to see them and talk to them again. somehow, i miss school. cuz school would mean that i get to see them more often. yea.. annaaa me want pictures! :D
and yixin is working already! shall go and kajiao her later at suntec :) hahaha. oops.

meanwhile, i slack and wait for my sis to come home and bring breakfast to me. and i shall bum around and wait till asoc meeting at 3pm in town. how nice to them to change the meeting venue to town when i whined to elaine saying that i refuse to climb the hill. wahahas. oops.
and then the "Amber" production at esplanade with shuz! :D
horseriding is starting soon, i cant wait man.. hehehe. shall take loads of pictures then :) me and horsey. hahahaha.

lets see whats coming up for next week.
monday: joycez's house - mahjong!
tuesday:
wednesday: meeting ruoling for movie! [remember to book budak tix as well. for me and kailyn]
thurs: driving test. :/
friday: horse riding! [but its only theory so far..]
sat: sya's farewell. [exco reading this, who is going?]
sunday:
[hehe so fill in the empty days lei. grin.]

was reading about the gemini horoscope from Novareinna.
check out the gemini one, thats me! :D [gemini has arrived, i.e. my birthday is coming! had the PLEASURE of reminding those three last night but they opted for selective hearing. oeeiii.]

GEMINI:
Positive Traits: adaptable, versatile, intellectual, communicative, spontaneous, eloquent, youthful, lively, talkative, amusing, witty and logical.
Negative Traits: changeable, restless, inquisitive, inconsistent, superficial, cunning, nervous, tense and something of a gossip.
Likes: talking, novelty, variety, anything unusual and working on multiple projects at the same time.
Dislikes: being alone, being in a rut, mental inaction, conventional learning and feeling tied down.

The Gemini female is the symbol of a modern intelligent woman who questions every convention and tradition. She is fun to know, although sometimes difficult to pin down. This woman's view of life is rather original. Her mental qualities are first class, but she possesses a "light touch" and is never boring. She will tend to flit from one topic to another during the course of a conversation, which most people find entertaining and amusing. Indeed, it is in such a manner that the women of this Sign find the greatest delight during social occasions. However, this female will never impose her views upon others, no matter how forthright those opinions might be. The Gemini woman is friendly and easy to approach, but not necessarily interested in a long-term romantic relationship [they must be kidding] . The passionate and receptive side to females governed by Gemini can turn abruptly distant at times, although they are not adverse to using sex appeal as a weapon if necessary to obtain what they want. The worst fault of the Gemini female is probably a strange elusive quality which could be interpreted by some as the shelving of responsibility. She is far from keen to adopt the more serious tasks of life at an early age and is never truly ready for the instituion of marriage. In fact, Gemini women are probably better off remaining unattached during their early twenties [ooh really? thats bad.] , then coming around to the idea of marriage later in life. In this way, they are able to settle down with few regrets and may even be enthusiastic, looking forward to the years ahead in the company of someone they admire and love.
Gemini women are quick studies with fast, glib answers. The positive side of this is that they initially make a favorable impression on the world...the negative being that they tend to stick with first impressions and are often superficial, frequently not delving deep enough to grasp the more complex picture of a person or situation. In short, they are prone too trust that what they see with their eyes is the whole and complete truth. The art of love is, more often than not, a source of great confusion to the Gemini female. Because she is so headstrong [how true.] and brings so many mental complications to her feelings, any love connection is likely to be fraught with obstacles, ambivalences, difficulties or distances of some type. Nevertheless, this woman does value love very much. The problem here is that she will have a rather long list of prerequisites and finding the right type of relationship is not necessarily easy. Since Gemini is a dual sign, its unique symbol being the Twins, it may be that this female desires to complete herself by finding the "missing twin"...in other words, her soul mate.
As a partner, the Gemini woman is exciting and certainly never boring, but is frequently rather undomesticated...or, at least, not overly interested in the practical mechanics of running a residence. Her need for change makes her restless. Her idea of a home is somewhere where her family can feel free and relaxed, particularly in expression of their individualities. That having been said, she will often make for the ideal career-wife. As a mother, the Gemini female is great fun, but not always tolerant since there is a strong tendency for her patience to run out rather quickly. As a general rule, Gemini women are apt to lack stability and patience. Nonetheless, the Gemini woman is demonstratively affectionate and impulsive...her feelings becoming easily wounded if love and affection are deemed not to be returned [mm very very true. applies to friends too.]. This female is considerate of the comfort of others and, under normal circumstances, is very generous, giving liberally to worthy causes. In emergencies, she will rise to the demands of the occasion in a most admirable way.
Known to be somewhat hysterical due to her ill-balanced nervous composition, the Gemini female is seldom satisfied with her attainments...yet, her versatility and adaptability make her capable of successfully filling any occupation she might chose to occupy. Frequently, this woman will have "too many irons in the fire." In that event, some (if not all) of her projects are bound to suffer and be left in an unfinished state...her excuse for this will invariably be that she lacks the time. The Gemini female requires constant change in order to remain truly happy. If she is unable to change her scene, then she is prone to change the cast by keeping a variety of friends on a merry-go-round of entertaining (although not usually on a very elaborate scale). In short, the women governed by this Zodiac Sign are charming, lovable, witty and provocative...but nonetheless rather elusive.
am i elusive? i dint know that. muahahha.

thankfully all cards were presently, and yea of course money was gone.
as expected.
but thankfully, i dont have to spend money on cards now.

just one small note.
who wants to buy my one extra harry potter pre order card?
pouts.
i bought one more over the weekend. and the old one was found.
so now i have two pre order cards.. hehe.
cant wait for potter to come out :)

had a fantastic time at kbox yesterday with jt yy jz and wanyu! :D
wow. me and joycez were jumping up and down on the seats, giving yy a scare by the side. hahaha.
and the seats shifted. ooops.

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

dont ask me what we were doing, i still have no idea. joycet just went "legs out!" and we all did that promptly. wahahahs.

and that sums up our kbox trip. :) next monday we're gonna congregate at joycez's house for a day of fun and mahjong!
junhui! we're waiting for you to come back and have fun with us! the 6 of us :) wheeee :)

it feels warm and heartful when you see seats being given up for little kids who boarded the mrt train for a joyride as an excursion. the faces of delight and happiness on both travellers and children alike, it made my day entirely.
im glad i was one of the first few to give up my seats.

Tuesday, May 24, 2005

apparently my wallet is found.
but its at clementi police station. how far off from the original place lost, which was kfc at jurong east stadium.
i wonder whats left inside. maybe i dint lose it, but someone stole it from me?
oh wow.

but i dont think i need to spend money on making my matriculation card.
cuz they called smu to tell them that my wallet is with them!!
meaning, hopefully, the matric card is still there :)
whee.
shall collect it on my way back from beyond when i go down for meeting with lee fong tmr after driving. :)
i hope my wallet is more or less intact! *prays*

my entire body aches like shit.
every single step hurts.
argh. im amazed at how i got thru today moving from one tuition place to another.
tuition from 10-6. yawns.
im tiredd. dead tired.
but im getting a break from tuition apparently.
kangrui daphne and sijie all asked for tuition break till 26th june.
well if thats their choice, then fine lo.
i get more free time.
too much free time i think.
but i need my weekends for a while too la.
like 4th june is sya's farewell at ecp [exco! who's going?]
18th,19th june is beyond youth camp.
cant be shifting tuition everywhere so.. yeaps.

sleepy.
very sleepy.
forgot the library was closed on public holidays, brought my books to return and couldnt borrow any. thank goodness i still have 3 books at home, unread. or rather, im halfway through one.
and chronicles of narnia is still with me!
and im starting to see the same book being sold at popular.. shall wait for the movie to come out, price to drop [like LOTR] and then i buy. hahahaha.
which reminds me. when i lost my wallet, i lost the pre sale card my sis bought for me for Harry Potter and the half blood prince.
GAHHH. so irritated with myself. for once my sis buys something for me and i had to lose it.
bought another one myself. and my sis was half pissed too.
sighhh.

wherefore art thou, my wallet?

Saturday, May 21, 2005

i am so super tired.
yawns.
after badminton yesterday, prolonged exercise in the morning and nonstop chasing of kids in the afternoon, i can pronounce myself dead tired of running.

this morning's exercise with my parents was an interesting one.
went all the way to bukit batok nature park cuz they wanted to do their liu tong quan which was being demonstrated and taught by some volunteers there, and me, just hung around in the background. was sitting by the side people watching.
twas quite fun to people watch. it was amazing to see how liu tong quan managed to unite the people all together, doing the morning exercise together. and the participants varied in race! there was the predominant chinese as usual, and the malays and indians! quite cool. kids were trying out the styles for fun, the concentration from the adults and elderly were astonishingly focused. only the youth refrained from taking part. most of us just stood aside and watched them do the liu tong quan. twas pretty obvious.
but it was real nice getting out in nature and breathing in nice fresh air.
me and my mum were looking at xiao guilin in particular, and wondering how the artistes filmed their gu zhuang ju there, flying from cliffs to cliffs and how machinery could be hoisted all the way up. im sure they have their way of moving and doing things.

and ooh.
the male species is at his sexiest when exercising. point duly taken today when i was people watching during liu tong quan today. more specifically, watching eye candy. hahaha.

went down for wsg in the afternoon. was damn fun! as usual.
and was talking to caroline about the youth camp organised by beyond. lee fong asked me to go back and help, and i am! :D gonna organise the campfire for them and relieve her of some stress. friends, if you have nothing to do from 18th to 20th june, and want to be part of this worthy cause in nuturing our youths at Beyond, email, sms or msn me! :D im always ready to bring in new volunteers into beyond social services :) heee.
been here for 3 years odd.
its almost like a home to me. love the kids, love the people.

met lee cheng on my way home on the mrt today. she just came back from moral welfare home, which rung a familar bell in me. cuz i thought of fucai and leetong! both whom i've worked with before. the world is so small and comes back in circles. me knowing lee cheng, and fucai, only to realise they know each other too. hahaha.

alrighty.
me tired girl le.
gonna read abit more, and sleep early. full day tuition tmr..
ahhhhhhhhhh.
might be taking more one more tuition assignment.
might be. still waiting.

upset.
lost my wallet yesterday and i dint realise it until this morning.
i mean, i couldnt find it in my bag. and i never remove my wallet from my bag unless im changing bags. so it meant one thing only when i couldnt find it this morning.
i simply lost it.

damn frustrated with myself.
cuz i've never lost anything before, not my handphone, not my wallet. not even my bottle [i.e. my sigg bottle]. not the evian plastic ones la. duh.
such a big blow.
now im gonna spend money replacing cards.
my ezlink [thankfully value can be restored, thanks to ezlink. ]
my popular student card.
my smu matriculation card.
my sentosa islander card.
my library cards [cuz my mum's card is with me]. walaus i loved my lib cards lor, cuz they were the really old ones, the ones that were white and laminated, used since i was a toddler. argh. childhood memories of the old jurong east library, gone just like that.
my ncss volunteer circle card.
my cashcard.

bahhhh.
and i still had $30 left in my wallet.
bahhhh.

well.
i went on to redye my hair today.
now im officially back to being a guai kia again. dark brown hair colour, but still with a tinge of reddish brown highlight. my mummy says i looked better, and sweeter. even my sis said i looked better, and compliments coming from her is a first. grin.
and i spent 3 hours there man. finished one book, started on chronicles of narnia! but because that book is so freaking thick, i have to read two books at the same time cuz i need a book out when i travel. so reading john j. nance's "turbulence" at the same time. interesting book about airline passenger rages, which is very possible and viable.
wheee and i played badminton with mummy this morning. what a shiong one hour, but it was damn fun. no badminton for tmr, but daddy mummy and me going to bukit batok nature reserve for morning exercise and then breakfast at bukitbatok! :D yay! :D
there's gonna be comn serve in the afternoon, celebrating mothers day at tiong bahru park. decided to go down even if yy aint going down. and im going for the careerwise camp from 18th to 20th june, by myself. gonna make full use of the time. yeaaa. whee :D

been doing brainless stuff these few days. its constant tv tv tv.
internet has lost its allure on me. and im pretty certain this aint the first time im saying internet has lost its allure on me. its tiring when i come online and see no one to talk to, nothing to do online. somehow..
somehow im just tired of internet and msn?
its like a bell curve. there will be a period of time when im always on online mode, always ready to talk to people.
as of right now, im right at the end of the bell curve. im always on "away" mode and even so, sometimes im seated right at the comp even when im "away". i'll only talk if i feel like talking to you. or if you try your luck and talk to me. this is what i call selective talking.

im just so tired that things are not going my way.
stopping work one entire week earlier.
losing my wallet.
fixing my camera.
sighhh.

on the other hand, i dint go down for hillgrove sports day today.
figured i'd have nothing to do and be too extra if im there. like what can my students do, say hi and begone with their friends. aiyahh suan le lor, they'll forget me sooner or later la.
to them, maybe im just a passer by, with a more familar face. thats all.

sighh.
im just in a lousy mood.
still hit by the fact that i lost my wallet.
can the kind soul who finds it return it whole to me please.
or, if you want the money, take it. i just want all my cards back.
i dont wanna spend the time and efforts replacing every single one of it.
im so tired, so tired.

i want you by my side.
where are you?

Thursday, May 19, 2005

today.
was quite a shocking day for me.
effectively today was my last day at school and i dint know it until i was signing out of school today, whilst my 3T1 girls were waiting impatiently to walk out of school with me.
i was a little dumbfounded, and was indeed at a loss for words. like yea.
it was dropped like a bomb, but i was left with the parting words that i could be called back for relief teaching. well. that aint the point.

i was feeling so guilty.
cuz today when i had class with 3T1, the boys were asking me when my last day would be. and i told them it would prolly be next week. only to be thrown with the news that my last day was today. like. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.
񹼸ǵĶԲ
i'll miss 3T1 loads.
that class, is the class i look forward to going to everyday. cuz i see them everyday for english.
everyday, i look forward to going to that class, to be entertained by the boys and girls alike.
since im not teaching there anymore, i admit that out of the 5 classes i teach, 3t1 is my favourite class. really.
wahhhh. i can remember most of their names, maybe partially cuz i taught them last year too. unlike the other classes i was teaching. and at least they bother to listen sometimes.
AND i have a group of boys who are always willing to shout for me and get the attention of the class. you guys know who you are. the 5 noisy ones who have always been talking to me, my laogong included. and the girls, always so sweet and cheerful. naughty as well, but always willing to listen. wahhh im SO gonna miss all of you.
this is becoming a dedication to them already.
sighh.
i really hope, if i do go back and teach in term 3, i'll get to teach you guys again. hopefully, english.
i love this class (:

online shopping is not doing any good to me.
i've been checking out a few sites.

check out this pair of earrings.
found it at ASOS. damn niceee sia.
*swoon*
Image hosted by Photobucket.com

if i had a credit card, i would get this.
if only.
ahh *swoon*
most of the bags and shoes are quite expensive actually.
nice to the eye but not to the pocket.
but the pair of earrings.
i calculated, it would be less than $8 sing!
but but. if you include the shipping costs.. it makes more sense to shop and buy more.
ahh forget it.

phwoah.
guess what.
what a huge burden lifted off. i finished marking, and keying in of marks :D hurray :D
oops. hehehe.
so now, its back to more tv, more books more msn, and of course, more sims2.
what an addictive game. muahaha.

and im watching theatre with shuz!
gonna book tix tmr, hopefully we can get the tix! :D

40+: You are a mature adult. You've been through most of the ups and downs of life already. Now you get to sit back and relax.

felt like chinese new year visiting day all over again!

had tuition in the morning, then went to grandma's place for belated mothers' day buffet.
eileen ang yiling! you ditched me upstairs i nearly fell asleep in front of the tv la!! hahaha.
then went over to ah-ma's place, and visited ah ma for a while. glad to see her up and walking about. caught a glimpse of wayne's girlfriend. damn chio! hahaha. damn light too.

then went home lor.

there's another wedding dinner to attend on 18th june. maternal cousin's wedding. at hilton. daddy is driving! hahaha.
there are too many cousins on materal side. and they are of wedding age now. mmm.
too many cousins to such an extent, i cant figure out who is who, and who is attached to who. for instance, today those 2 guys sitting at the side, i had to ask eileen who they were before i knew one was OUR cousin, while the other one was his brother-in-law [i.e. our cousin-in-law]. the same pair whose wedding dinner is on 18th june.
and there's one more next year jan if my memory serves me right.
makes me wonder if i would be like them a few years down the road.
that is provided if i have a guy by me then.
i wonder.

so tired. i dont wanna go to school tmr and face all the students.
what a scary thought.
argh.
im already even more tired by that thought.
argh.

i wont mind going hongkong again for more sightseeing the next time round.
but minus the guy please.

OOOH.
NEED I MENTION?!?
I BUMPED INTO HUISHAN [yea our rg psb snr :D ] WHEN WE WERE SHOPPING AT ESPIRIT! and then, i bumped into yibing when i was returning to singapore!!! wahhh. nice senior in HONGKONG, and my fave mortal at changi airport! the first thing i said to yibing was, ni fei le!!! hehehe. but she looked damn good after gaining some weight :D used to be so skinny, aiyohh. hahahaha.

i know im a little slow considering i havent been reading the straits times for the past 3 days, but im sure most of us have read the colin goh's letter on rg girls cheering as low as the ri boys for particular reasons known.
now this is a reply in the life mailbox on friday's paper by someone dear to me. mok kor. AHHHH.
i dint even know until roo was telling me last night.

RGS girls should cheer like RI boys? Not true.

I read the personal columns in Life! and LifeStyle. It is good that some columnists take a jibe at society or themselves.
Colin Goh's tone is lighthearted as well as anecdotal which provides a distinctive local flavour, though i do not support the heavy usage of Singlish in his writing.
In his column in LifeStyle on May 8, RGS Girls and their Low Growls, he mentioned that 'a former RGS teacher later told me that the growl was an agreement reached between RGS and RI, so that the Raffles family could cheer with one voice - that voice apparently belonging to Vin Diesel's meaner brother".
I studied in Raffles Instituition and was a prefect for 2.5 years. We were the leaders of the school particularly when it came to cheering for our school, and sister school Raffles Girls' School.
Hence I can confirm that there has never been any agreement between the two schools, be it between students or teachers, that the RGS girls should cheer like the guys.
Actually the RGS girls rarely cheered for the RI teams anyway, unless their boyfriends were in them. [na: im pretty sure its the same for the guys, that they wont cheer the rg teams on unless their girlfriends were in the teams as well. so same sentiments yea, dont just push the blame on the rg girls. ]
They preferred the "boys in blue", our traditional rivals from Anglo Chinese School. [na: to this, i would say to each his own. when i was in rg, i was more fond of "boys in white", but im not referring to RI here. instead i refer to SJI, the school that was just along stevens road further down. mainly due to the reason because the PSB worked with them for 2 years and they did seem much nicer than the idiots we see during ORA. especially the idiotic RI guy who tried to get one of my RCY seniors to massage his leg for him, and then claim that he's alright when our RCY teacher in charge offered to massage his leg in a more professional way. i mean, aint this telling enough?]
Apart from this clarification, i agree with Goh's comments that Singaporean males should play hardball and not cry so much about girls being unapproachable.
Mok Chuan-Xin
[na: i agree too. i have a friend who refuses to date any RG girl because he says that we are too domineering. in actual fact, i would think that the typical Singapore girl is becoming more independent and brimming with confidence. which may then lead to the Singaporean males think that local girls are arrogant and unapproachable. which is not true. also, the typical Singaporean male still has the MCP attitude. they still want girls to rely on them, be their servants and listen to them. be there when the guy needs the girl, but not the other way round. i am pretty sure any current local girl will not be able to stomach those thoughts. however, i dont deny the fact that some local girls [or rather, the SPGs] are still pretty materialistic and that can turn guys off too.]

so, girls lets stop giving the oh-im-so-hard-to-get attitude, and at the same time, guys, put in more work to get these girls. and do what the govt wants young couples to do, procreate.

HAHAHAHAHA.
oops. thats what i become after reading 3 whole days worth of newspapers. and i havent read today's papers yet. muahaha.

boy. i AM back!
but im damn tired.
hahaha.
will blog about hongkong when i feel like it. today i just feel like slacking and reading and prolly sleeping. so tired from the tons of shopping that we did for the past 4 days since tues evening when we touched down in hongkong. hahaha.
and i wanna get my card reader before i blog, so that i can put pictures up as well. and at the same time, get pictures from joycet yy and kailyn.
hehehe.

so this is just to announce I AM BACK.
yea. :D

Monday, May 09, 2005

ESFJ-The Provider
You scored 81% I to E, 57% N to S, 42% F to T, and 26% J to P!
Providers, a subgroup of the Guardians, take it upon themselves to arrange for the health and welfare of those in their care, as well as being quite sociable. Wherever they go, Providers take up the role of social contributor, happily giving their time and energy to make sure that the needs of others are met, that traditions are supported and developed, and that social functions are a success. Providers are extremely sensitive to the feelings of others, which makes them perhaps the most sympathetic of all the types, but which also leaves them rather self-conscious, that is, highly sensitive to what others think of them. Because of this Providers can be crushed by personal criticism, and will work most effectively when given ample appreciation both for themselves personally and for the service they give to others. This is not to say that Providers are afraid to express their own emotional reactions. They are quick to like and dislike?and don?t mind saying so?tending to put on a pedestal whatever or whoever they admire, and to come down hard on those people and issues they don?t care for. You share your type with 10% of the population.
As a romantic partner, you work hard to nuture and protect your relationships. You go to great lengths to maintain harmony and are motivated to resolve conflicts. You have a very clear idea of what is important to you and do best when your partner shares those same values. You want your partner to be loving, commited, and willing to support your frequently overwelming feelings and reactions. You feel most appreciated when your partner is kind, considerate, and helpful, and compliments you often on your hard work in their behalf.

home already.
have yet to pack my luggage for hk tmr. will prolly pack later at night.
quite frustrated over my sec2NA history papers actually. they can throw up such kok, to such an extent i have no idea what to do with the answers.

for instance.

one source based question with the back of a girl as a picture, facing two religious buildings with different paths.
qn: "what does this source suggest about maria hertogh's situation?"
answer from a student: "she has a winkle face, blonded hair and her face was totally britain face."

alright.
and when the students are asked to compare two sources, i get answers like:
"the rioters in both sources are as deadly as a atomic bomb."

righttt.
such a headache. marking is moving very very slowly.
im so tired.

by right im supposed to be excited and hyper by now, but work is hindering those emotions and feelings. so much to do, so much to complete, and im going away in the midst of it all. it just makes me feel even more tired. every day my sis will ask, "jie are you feeling excited now?" and i'll just roll my eyes at her. the tiredness is getting to me. think the marking load for this year is worse off than last year. aiyahhh. so so so tired.
i wanna sleep.
i should sleep more tonight so that i can save my energy for tmr.
will sleep early. at least i will try to.

went to coffee bean today alone, to chill and mark history at the same time. when i was ordering, someone went "ms teo" beside me. AHA. it wasnt a student, but jamie trying to be funny. hahaha. then i met doris who was meeting her cuzzie there for coffee. so coincidental, meeting two colleagues at west mall coffee bean. thankfully no hillgrove students saw me. hahaha.

aiyoh so tired. not even really in the mood to blog now.
maybe i should go take a nap.
what warped thinking. hehehe.

Sunday, May 08, 2005

wheee. mothers day today :)
had such a great time at ah-ma's place this morning/afternoon.

i seem to be running into trouble with phone services recently. first it was fuji finepix when i blared at them over the phone. today was kfc home delivery.
bahhh. what a long story. irritated the hell out of me. and when the curry chicken finally came, the relatives were saying not nicee. so whatever lo.
yeaps.
should have seen jian's face when ping tried to make him choose a carnation for his mum. aiyoh. he acted as though he had seen the devil or sth. hahaha. and we grandchildren were busy taking photos with ah-ma. and we took family pictures as well. im still trying to get pictures from ting but she's ignoring me on msn. ooops.
its really nice to see the grandchildren coming together and bonding again. :)

daddy sent me to tuition at teban cuz we only left boonlay at 145pm. and tuition was at 2. yeaps. had fun tutoring the girls. then went down to jurong point for dinner. tried to catch kailyn but she was out for mothers day dinner with her relatives. so i ate dinner alone! if it was an afternoon, i wouldnt have minded sitting down alone to eat.
but it was jurong point on a sunday evening. felt kinda weird. so i did mobile consumption. was just randomly walking around jurong point, munching on my burger and looking around at the same time. watched people do ddr, watched the passers-by. was quite fun actually.
forgot to step into the comp shops to ask about card readers. nvm, shall do that when i come back from hk.

went for sijie's tuition after that. the poor girl, not used to having night tuition. by 9pm, she was so gong she started giving me kok answers and we were simply laughing non stop by then. hahaha. then daddy came to fetch me home, cuz he said that area very dark, so not safe. alright then. then lao gou was in the car. and they were complaining they took 20 minutes to find the block, and we took 10 minutes trying to get out of the estate. OOPS. hahaha.
it was interesting and funny listening to lao gou and my daddy speak. and i tried my teochew on laogou. hee. abitbit la. hahahha.

such a nice day.
need to go sleep.
havent finished scripts.
die. but i wanna sleep. hahaha.

Saturday, May 07, 2005

shit i procrastinated.
i havent started on a single class today.
shite. big time.

seriously ah.
sims2 and ken follette's the third twin is a horror combination.
you cannot tear yourself away from either of it.
i spent my afternoon playing sims2. and night finishing the book.

i think i shall finish one geog class tonight.
and leave my three his papers for sunday [not that there will be much time tmr.] and monday.
so when the heck am i gonna pack my luggage?
think yy has already done her packing. greattt.

wonderful.
my gadgets are screwing up on me. bahhh.
think there's something wrong with my usb cable to transfer pictures from my loan set camera to my lappie. bahhh.
now all pictures need to be stored in my cammie while i can either:
1. get a new usb cable [i suspect the corosion in my cammie affected the performance of the usb cable.]
2. get a card reader that can read all kinds of card.

MMM.
i shall think. meanwhile i think there should be enough space. afterall im not using 3.2, but something slightly lower. so as long as i have a camera for hongkong, im fine with that. yeaps. just that now i cant put up pictures as and when i like, until i get back, which is like next friday. or rather, this coming friday.
wow.
the long awaited hk trip is finally here :D
i should be marking papers now but i feel like playing sims2. ARGH.
getting addicted to it, all thanks to xinxin. hee. maybe i will mark tonight. but i feel like watching a movie tonight.

sheesh i am getting fat. stop saying i eat wasted food [i.e. translation into hokkien. jia liao bee. now everytime someone says that phrase i think of him. heh.] cuz i am getting fat!
this entire weekend is nothing but eat and eat.
for instance i just came back from cuzzie's wedding lunch at intercontinental hotel. yea you heard me right, lunch where we had a 8 course chinese meal. wahhh no need to eat dinner liaoz lor. mummy was saying we eat pizza for dinner. HAHAHA. anyways, yea the food was real good! and the atmosphere was nice, cuz it was just a relatives and close friends thing. so there was only about 11 tables.. and each table was nicely spaced out, so there were only about 100 people. yea. pretty cousins! i still maintain cuzzies on maternal side all look damn good [and yea eileen you too! HAHAH]. not including me of course. grin.
had red wine! san yi was wondering why i dint have one [but i was koping from my mum mah. ] so she ordered the waiter to get me one. rmb what happened the last time me and alfred were downing red wine during yingjiao's wedding dinner? red faced, and alfred ended up with rashes. ooops. so this time round, i got one full glass of red wine. all to myself. hahaha. and i turned out to be flushed la. but not as red as the other time round.
but red wine sure can induce sleep. i fell asleep the minute my aunt's car started moving, cuz my uncle was sending me and mummy home. yeaps.
nice food, nice wine. time to sleep man.
hahahaha. pity i cant put pictures up. blearh.

tmr's mothers day!
going over to my paternal side to celebrate this weekend. and then next weekend go over to maternal side to celebrate mothers day :) so it means, we're gonna eat. and eat. and eat. and eat.
and then i have 2-9 tuition tmr. GAH. everything was pushed due to today's wedding lunch. rach had hers yesterday and i pushed the teban kids to tmr afternoon.
i have enough tuition kids le! hahaha. if im gonna take somemore, i cant spare my weekend at all liaoz lor. hehehe.

Friday, May 06, 2005

i am still awake.
still marking.
will prolly hit 330am.
great.
i will wake up with panda eyes tmr.
and whats more frustrating is, i keep drawing zeroes everywhere on the paper.
wonderful huh.

i've never worked so hard before.
late into the night like now.
usually if im awake at this time, i would be on the phone with tim toh.

and i still have people to talk to!
was talking to chris henry and jason teo.
hahaha.
the owls. hoot hoot.
im bored. and high.

finished 3 classes, going to sleep like now.
time now is rightfully 345am.

im bored already.
and i still have 6 more classes.
damn. and i was still thinking of finishing the geog classes by tonight.
dang.
looks like its gonna be a sleepless night. even though tmr's cuzzie's wedding.

i dont seem to have the rush to mark, unlike just now.
is it just me or is it just me.
conclusion: it is just me. with my lappie in front of me.

something i cant figure out myself.
i look at a pair of earrings worth $7 and i cant bear to buy it. cant bear to part with my money.
but i step into ANBC and and buy $5 odd worth of stationary [specifically pens] . out of which, only $1.60 is essential. red pens for marking, in fact. what am i doing?!? ARGH.

in any case.
admittedly i think i look quite haggard these few days.
really really very tired. still trying to get used to the 545am waking up time every morning. and these few days, the turmoils of school has caused me to sleep at 10plus every night, giving up msn-ing into late nights with friends and pals alike.
and then. i think i'll be losing more sleep these three days. today sat and sunday.
cuz i have seven classes worth of geog and history papers to mark. by monday. before we fly to hongkong. the timing is absolutely great.
marking good papers, im fine. but when im marking utter rubbish, i spend time trying to figure out if he or she deserve the 1 or 2 pathetic marks. argh.

can someone give me 48 hours a day?
and yea. can someone tell me, if i should wake up the student when he falls asleep admist the paper, and its pretty obvious he hasnt finish? it has happened yesterday and today. and when i wake them up, they fall back to sleep again. how nicee.
bahhh.
but amusing things do happen during invigilation.
enough for me to smile discreetly to myself. hahaha.

anyways. back to marking papers.
someone help me. argh.

Thursday, May 05, 2005

finally.
home early for a change.
but thats beside the point. i was trying to mark papers just now. sec3E geog. but i couldnt continue once i came to question 2. bahhh. total rubbish.
never mind.
anyways.
thankew joycie for pak-toring with me yesterday, and companying me down to fuji to collect my loan set! *muacks*
we had tons of fun shopping at bugis [more like look see look see], and then we went to shaw towers sofra's for lunch. yea we went back to the nice ambience, cheap and good food turkish restaurant! :D

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

the yummy half eaten lamb with cheese and mash potatoes :)
and then i decided to fool around with joycie's new sony baby camera! :)
joyceee look at meee.. :)
look at her big eyes! :)
Image hosted by Photobucket.com

she looks as though she's having plenty fun eating! :)
and she decided to take a pic of me, looking totally bimbotic.
more like i was kinda caught unaware, and then decided to give a stupid face for the picture.

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

whee! had a nice long chat, and we were bio-ing cars as well. give me my mvp! a seven seater car, but first i want my car license thank you :)

then we took a long walk to suntec, just like what we did the last time rd with the exco. and then we went for icecream! we were craving for icecream. such that we went for double scoop. teehee. per person. andersons ice cream wor. hahaha.

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

aint you tempted by this?
muahaha. the one on the left is mine, of cuz the one with belgium choc icecream. heee.
i love chocs!
and we walked ard some more, i was tempted by necklaces and earrings and BOOKS but i controlled. shall search for it in HK.. meanwhile joycie made big purchases of BOOKS! ahhh. hahaha. and she bought

if you think im a quiet gentle pussy, think again.
what a shitified day.
it all started during school. was so pissed off, i stepped into my last class and started screaming at people. making them all settle down. and for once, they listened. just like what happened last year. the girls were like, "cher you alright today?" and the boys were just being their usual jokers.

calmed down a little.

then disappointment set in after school.
i rushed out. for nothing.
disappointed.

caught a cab, went down to the fuji building to repair my cammie.
the truth came to light, the damages werent covered under warranty and i need to pay.
fine. the service officer promised i WILL get my camera next monday, by hook or by crook.
fine. in time for HK trip. good. so i left the building.

was feeling quite shitified already, so i changed buses from 80 to 197 to 502 to reach home. passed by different places in the east, and slept on my way home when i was on 502. thought the storm had passed and things should be peaceful for the night. fine.

then i remembered, the technician at fuji finepix was supposed to call me by 5 to report on the damages and extra costs incurred.
time check: 5.35pm.
he dint call. great. so i called them up. took me 2 transfers before i got to him. and he said that i could only get it in 2 weeks after the stock comes in from japan. WONDERFUL. and his bloody fucked up bo chup attitude incensed me like hell. try and be funny? be my guest. im gonna lodge a complaint, bastard. he pretended not to hear me, and i found myself talking, as though i was talking to a student. he ignored my questions and made me repeat them umpteen times. HELLO, think im a lady and dont know my tech stuff? think again asshole.
was freaking pissed, as he HUNG UP on me. wonderful. you wanna try that on me? try AGAIN.
called up the service centre. demanded for a proper explanation, but as expected, how much an explanation can you get out of big companies? they said they would TRY to give me a confirmation in a few days time, giving me less time to make arrangements.
i totally blew up. and this wasnt small. not like those which i flare up to my closest friends. no way. this was the biggest temper i've ever flown into since 2005. i demanded to talk to the management IMMEDIATELY.
so surprisingly, the minute the management took the call, he promised me a loan set. by tmr. HOW FAST. oh really. how amazing. hurhur. he wanted to explain the entire freaking situation but i did it for him. and he said they'll call between 11-12 tmr morning, when im not having classes, to confirm when i can go down to get the camera. they had better. IF THEY DONT CALL, THEY ARE GONNA GET HELL FROM ME.

this goes to show, if you dont push, people will just trample all over you. and i am still gonna lodge that complaint to whoever it is.

fireworks :)  Posted by Hello

man. it has been such a hectic two days for me. AHH. but i loved these two days entirely!
cuz i've seen ruoling for two consecutive days! WHEEEEEEEE.
hahahhaa. one of my fave girl friends :) *MUACKS* heee.

yesterday we were so high so high1
went for the may day concert [PLEASE not the wu yue tian] but the 1st may labour day concert organised by ntuc income held at esplanade green. met ruoling dearie at 330pm, got our dinner [which was bk mushroom swiss meal with extra cheese and mushroom ;) ], settled down in front of the stage [and got a good position in the process], and waited for the concert to start. started drizzling a little, took out umbrella and shared it with ruoling, and two sly fans who were sitting in the rain behind us. ke lian mah, when everyone else around them were under umbrellas. they were so young, me and ruoling felt so old after that. hahaha. and they could guess we were 20 years old! hee.
then cuzzie joined us after that ;) with kangqi, her med friend who was also from hc. and we just simply sat there, taking kok pictures and yakking at the same time. :)
concert finally started at 630, and we thought budak pantai would come out first. [yea 4 of us were there for budak pantai. who cares about ning baizura, sly... maybe taufik la yea? grin.] instead taufik and sly sang 3 songs each, warmed up the crowd and everybody started going HIGH. then there was an indian dance, and indian guy singing, and the indians in the crowds were OH SO HIGH! we decided to join in the fun by repeating what they kept repeating in the song and we nearly started dancing the indian funky dance! hahahaha.
when budak pantai came out, we went totally MADD. as usual, they were funny and powerful. heee. so i got a little carried away and started waving my hand in the air, and effectively covered ruoling's cammie which was trying to record videos of their performances. HAHA.
yeaps. and we zao-ed immed after budak pantai. me and ruoling walked over to the esplanade bridge, sat down and waited for the fireworks. while waiting, we did girl talk. felt so nice to be able to talk about such stuff with her. really.
guess guys are all the same everywhere.

the fireworks came, and they were so pretty.
and so ended the night.
what a wonderful date with ruoling :) hee.

as of today, i effectively have a new tanline.
which can be easily covered given what i was wearing today. pink spag with nike sb, and denim shorts. effectively beach wear. hahaha. and i put on a THICK layer of sunblock already. and im still getting tanned so easily.
ahhhh.

before i get ahead of myself, me and kailyn went to sentosa today.
hahaha. and there were humongous crowds. met cammie at the mrt station :) me and kailyn went to tanjong beach, for her to tan, and just to relax. tanjong beach, cuz we knew palawan was gonna be crowded like mad. and i dont want to let my head have any danger of being hit by beach volleyballs every ten steps i take. hahaha.
had a nice time at the beach, under the umbrella for me, and out of the umbrella for her. BUT i still got a tan. bahhh.
and that was when my camera died on me. as in, it literally just died. thankfully i took out yesterday's pictures already. pheww.
saw plenty of dogs at tanjong beach. guess tanjong beach is a beach more for families. more secluded cuz it's further down, but i'd rather have the secluded beach to a noisy and crowded one. :) had subway for lunch, and we did something crazy.
we went to take the cable car ride! just for fun. thinking back, when was the last time you took a cable car ride? hee. we had awesome fun until this indian couple shared our cable car when we were returning from mt faber to harbourfront. we alighted at harbourfront, then boarded the bus to go to SHEARES HALL!
met ruoling and lixin :) venus lee decided not to come in the end. HUM.
we crashed her room, played 2 rounds of mahjong and had plenty fun! if we were playing mahjong with money today, i would have won plenty. hee. think im starting to learn the ropes already. either that or mother luck was smiling upon me. add that to the pink tiles which coincided with my pink top today, and the mouse tile which was constantly giving me good luck, yea i think i would have won big. :)
and xinxin passed me her sims2! now i got computer game to playyy. :) havent played comp games for such a long time le..
i love ruoling and xinxin. thank god for such amazing gems bestowed upon me in jc. i love you guys :)

tmr school starts again. AHHHH.
its okay. ONE MORE DAY.
i can take it.

lesson learnt today: sun block seriously doesnt work on me. what a waste of money.
